Excellent would consider returning.

Hôtel, well run and friendly establishment. Checkin , Staff needed to make long calls to cleaning staff to see if rooms were ready. Could be better organised. Rooms good, my room as requested was quiet. Food excellent, salads and veg very fresh.

I had a quiet room, if you want a quiet room avoid around the main pool as music most of the day. Check-in too slow. Needs to be better organised.

Very Good

Was a very nice stay, lots of negative reviews but we had a lovely few days and really enjoyed the facilities. The place was always clean. Good entertainment and the food and the wine was good!

There was 3 restaurants that were a la carte that you had to book the day before at 4pm by queuing up and they said the fish restaurant was fully booked so we couldn't get booked in all week. Except this all good :)

An excellent, great value winter break for some sun.

Excellent location by the sea. The beach bar has uninterrupted views over the sea and the Casbah - just glorious! Staff were very friendly and helpful in sorting anything out for you, bike hire, taxis etc.

Good value hotel but with loud music that was hard to get away from during the day.

Good price and value for money for the location of the hotel.

The loud music around the pool area during the day and the outdoor music in the evening which could be heard from my room. Thankfully I was out most of the day visiting the surrounding area so didn't get too bothered by the pool music. Staff talking to each other during conversation with myself at check in.

Good location. Reasonable rooms. Poor breakfast

Excellent location right across from the beach. Friendly staff. Kettle and mini fridge in the room. The room was cleaned, beds made, and fresh towels were available every day.

Breakfast was poor. Lack of clean cutlery and clean crockery most days. Bread was not fresh and was close to being stale on most days. No cut fresh fruit. Whole apples, oranges and bananas were available but nothing else. Morocco is known for fruit production but not very much reached the hotel! Omelettes were the best choice for breakfast. Almost everything else was poor quantity and quality. Loud music was always played at the swimming pool. Why? Who wants to sit on a sunbed and hear someone else's choice of music? Especially rap music. No peace and quiet even for a morning or an afternoon.

Enjoyable stay in Agadir

Good location. Food offering was good. We were only on bed and breakfast. Breakfast very good. Dinners at the Casbah restaurant excellent.

Getting a bit dated. Needed a lick of paint. Couldn't get our air conditioning to work.

Good overnight stay with a view of the ocean

If you book a room with ocean view, you are doing the right thing. Then you are far away from the ubiquitous music that fills the space over the pool and goes on until 11 pm at night. You had to scream to make yourself heard when going for a drink in the bar. Rooms are a little run down as they always are in places facing the ocean, but beds where clean and ok to sleep in. Gardens and pool area are kept tidy, so is the beach. The lady at the reception acted like a lunatic, ine could not even guess if she understood a word. Otherwise staff was very friendly. The cooking class which was advertised on the blackboard does not exist anymore we learned - why not take it off the menu then. Food was good, good variety for dinner and for breakfeast.

Too much loud music all through the day.

Nice main swimming pool (although the music is unnecessary in my opinion), as well as a very small 'quiet' one behind. Clean and decent enough room. Great location. Breakfast.buffet OK, no better or worse than expected from a large hotel mostly catering to all inclusive guests.

Staff variable, some friendly and helpful, others not so much. Expected a tip just for showing me to my room (I gave a token amount) without even offering to carry my bags (I could manage fine myself, but surely should at least offer.if they then expect a tip, otherwise they haven't really even provided a service!). Safe didn't work, reception refused to fix it without my presence, so went back to room with them and turned out (as expected) that the batteries needed replacing. Said they would do it the next day, but didn't. As I was only staying 2 nights, I let it go. Personally wasn't really interested in the evening entertainment, but having wandered by think I would have been disappointed if I was, didn't seem very exciting at all. Shame the room has no information about the hotel (hours, restaurant menus, activities). Most modern hotels now have information via the TV, this one didn't even have a printed version.

The hotel its self overall was ok for a short stay, especially if you just want something quieter and a place to soak up

The property was close enough to the airport that a private taxi wasn’t too extortionate (roughly 220dh/ £16) and there were a few shops and restaurants nearby (within walking distance). For my fellow fussy-eaters McDonald’s was only a 15 minute walk away and relatively cheap. Great sundaes! • The pool was a nice size and had lots of sun-beds around main pool. • The food and bar staff were lovely, always smiling and polite, if you are polite to them. The waiters also very friendly and quick to offer drinks at the table, as soon as you were seated. The hotel is good if you want a chilled and relaxed stay. • The beach was out the back of the hotel, but I didn’t go to the beach so I don’t know if there are sun-loungers and if there are, then I don’t know if you’d have to pay for them or not. • There are cash machines along the parade of shops opposite the hotel to withdraw money, they do charge, but you can withdraw smaller amounts of money. • The lobby staff were helpful on the morning of departure, we’d book the return transfer for the wrong date, so they helped us get a taxi to the airport for 200dh - were very kind. • Hair dryer in the room. • Towels were changed daily • Small fridge in the room • We had dinner at the Al a Carte Italian restaurant one night, it was nice and a lot quieter than expected. It doesn’t open on Wednesdays, and you have to book at 4pm the night before you want to visit. • They had some pool entertainment during the day too and games for the whole family to join in with.

Upon arrival at this hotel, I wasn’t greeted very well, which set my mood and view off to bad start. We were the only two people checking in at that time, so we got given our guest forms, told to go and fill them out and then come back over to the desk. That took 2 mins - but then had to join the back of the queue to get them looked at. (Two big families had then formed a queue and were asking loads of questions) There was only one lady on the desk. When she took our forms, didn’t ask for any booking confirmation or details, gave us our room key, pointed to the door said some man will show us to our room - but there was no man there. We ended up taking ourselves. I had paid for a twin room and with a pool view, all-inclusive. We were give a double room with a “pool view” but was covered by trees and no inclusive wristbands. So went to ask if they had any twin rooms as that’s what I’d paid for and how we got the all-inclusive. She did correct it for us, but the twin room again had no pool view at all, was tucked in the corner of the building and was much less modern. To add, this new room was on the complete opposite side of the resort, so we had to again haul everything across. • No alcohol is served at the pool bar - so any alcoholic drinks during the day you have to get from the bar upstairs, or the beach bar. All “take-away” drinks are served in small plastic cups; enough for one mouthful. • Very echoey out in the hallways leading to the rooms. Could hear people walking/talking to their rooms when laying in bed of a night, although it wasn’t very busy so wasn’t an issue. • BEACH TOWELS. You have to pay a deposit of 100dh for each beach towel you want. There is a cash machine in the hotel, conveniently next to the desk, however the minimum amount you can withdraw is 2000dh (£160). You do get the deposit back when you return the towels at the end of your stay, and you can change them daily at the main pool bar.

Just 2 small things to improve. There is no toilet brush in bathroom :) and coffee…coffee could be better

It was fairly good location and clean.

Location was perfect. Some staff was very friendly and helpful like Nasreen at reception.

There was limited tea facilities in the room. Lady said only 1 tea sachet a day! The steps around the venue. The music around the pool area was too loud when I wanted to sit quietly by the pool.. Spa wasn’t available during our stay.

Overall a pleasant experience

The hotel was very clean, the pool was lovely and the location was great we were two minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes to some amazing restaurants and about 5 minutes from the city centre.

The food wasn’t the best, the entertainment could have been better and the alcohol wasn’t the nicest.

Great food, staff and location but needs serious repairs.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. The food was absolutely delicious!

Before travelling I decided to upgrade my room to a better one with a garden view however when I arrived the room was actually not available and the one I was being given, the view was quite questionable. The condition of this room was nice but it wasn’t what I had booked for. So I went to speak with the manager who was absolutely lovely and she upgraded me to a room with a pool view. With this had been an hour that I was back and forth carrying my luggage packing and unpacking. I was excited that finally I was going to be able to enjoy the hotel so I didn’t really look at it closely. When I finally did, the conditions were not great, needed some refurbishment especially the bathroom which just looked falling apart. The window never locked, I raised this issue at the reception but sadly no one ever came to repair it. Also the cleaning can definitely be improved.
